This page explains what personal information Seetal Deva collects when you use seetaldeva.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Seetal Deva is a healing, coaching and education practice. For questions about your data or this policy, contact us at balance@seetaldeva.com.
What we collect
- Booking details — name, email, phone, timezone and any notes you send with a booking request.
- Payment details — card payments are handled by Stripe; bank transfers by Wise. We never see or store full card numbers. We do store the fact of payment, currency and amount, and a reference to the payment session for reconciliation.
- Communications — emails you send us and our responses.
- Basic site analytics — anonymised page views and device information used to improve the site.
How we use it
- To confirm, reschedule or decline your booking.
- To send you the transactional emails related to your booking.
- To process payments and issue any refunds due.
- To keep records required for tax and accounting.
- To respond to your questions.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked to be added to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted processors to run the practice:
- Stripe — card payment processing.
- Wise — bank transfer payment processing.
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage hosting.
- Resend — sending transactional emails from notify.seetaldeva.com.
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required by tax law (typically 6 years). Enquiries and correspondence are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent laws you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email balance@seetaldeva.com from the address you booked with and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember booking session state. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change.
