Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms apply when you use seetaldeva.com or book any offering from Seetal Deva ("we", "us"). Please read them before making a booking. By completing a booking or purchase you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Session times are held in your local timezone as shown at checkout. Please arrive on time; we cannot always extend a session that starts late.

2. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Bank transfers are processed via Wise and marked paid manually once funds have cleared. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds, reschedules and transfers

Full details are on our Refund Policy page. In short: 1:1 sessions are reschedule-only, course and retreat deposits are non-refundable but transferable, and digital products are non-refundable once accessed.

4. Nature of the work

Our sessions, courses and retreats are for personal wellbeing and spiritual education. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are receiving care from a health professional, please continue that care and let us know of anything we should be aware of before your session.

5. Your responsibilities

We reserve the right to end a session and decline future bookings if conduct is abusive or unsafe. Where a session is ended for these reasons, no refund is due.

6. Intellectual property

All course material, videos, recordings and written content are owned by Seetal Deva and are provided for your personal use only. Please do not copy, re-share or resell them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or an offering is limited to the amount you paid us for that offering. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
