Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
We want everyone who books with Seetal Deva to feel cared for. This page explains how refunds, reschedules and transfers work across our different offerings. If your situation isn't covered below, please write to us at balance@seetaldeva.com and we'll do our best to help.
1:1 sessions
One-to-one sessions are reschedule-only. We do not offer cash refunds on paid sessions. If you need to move your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice and we will reschedule you to the next available time that suits. No-shows and cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the session.
Courses & retreats
To secure a place on a course or retreat, we take a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is transferable — you can move it to a later date of the same offering, or gift your place to another person, up until 14 days before the start date.
The balance is payable on the first day of the workshop or retreat unless otherwise agreed in writing. If Seetal Deva cancels a course or retreat, deposits and any paid balance are refunded in full.
Videos & at-home products
On-demand videos, downloads and other digital at-home products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Under EU consumer law, by starting playback or downloading a file you agree to waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital content.
If you have a genuine technical problem accessing a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will either fix your access or issue a refund.
Duplicate or accidental payments
If you were charged twice, or paid for something in error, email balance@seetaldeva.com within 30 days of the payment and we'll return the duplicate amount to the original payment method.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method (card via Stripe, or bank transfer via Wise) within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few extra days on their side.
