This notice explains how Seetal Deva (contact balance@seetaldeva.com) collects and uses your personal data. Seetal Deva is the data controller for information you share through this site.
What we collect and why
- Name & email — to confirm bookings, send reminders and reply to enquiries. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Booking notes & intake details — so Seetal can tailor the session you booked. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Payment metadata — booking amount, currency, method (Wise bank transfer or card via Paddle), payment status and reference. We never see or store your full card number. Legal basis: contract & legal obligation (accounting).
- Basic technical logs — IP address, browser, error traces — kept short-term to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interests (security).
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record for card payments. Paddle handles the payment, invoicing, tax and card-payment refunds. See Paddle's privacy policy.
- Wise Payments Ltd — receives bank-transfer payments on our behalf.
- Lovable Cloud — hosting and database for this site and your booking records.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts).
- Authorities — only where required by law.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
International transfers
Some of the processors above are based outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved by the UK ICO and the European Commission.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies only (session, login for admin, payment session for the Paddle checkout iframe). No analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Booking and financial records are kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Waitlist and enquiry entries are deleted on request or after 24 months of inactivity. Marketing emails end immediately when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or object to how it's used. Email balance@seetaldeva.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Card details are handled entirely by Paddle and are not stored by Seetal Deva.
Changes
We'll update this page and change the date at the top if this notice changes materially.
