Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about booking. This page sets out when we refund, when we reschedule, and how to ask.

30-day money-back guarantee

If something goes wrong on our side — a session isn't delivered as described, a video won't play, a course you paid for is cancelled — you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

1:1 sessions & bodywork

  • Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your slot: full refund or free move.
  • Within 48 hours: 50% refund, or a free move to another date if availability allows.
  • Missed appointments are reviewed case by case; email us as soon as possible so we can help where we can.
  • Discovery calls are free, so no payment is taken.

Retreats, gatherings & courses

  • Deposits are transferable to any Seetal Deva gathering within 12 months of your original date.
  • Balance payments are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event.
  • Inside 30 days: balance is 50% refundable, or fully transferable to a future date.
  • If we cancel the event, everyone paid receives a full refund of everything paid (deposit + balance).

Video sessions & digital content

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't watched more than 25% of the content.

How refunds are processed

  • Card payments — refunded by our reseller Paddle to the original card. Request at paddle.net (using the receipt Paddle emailed you) or by emailing us and we'll initiate it for you.
  • Bank transfers (Wise) — refunded via Wise to the bank account you paid from.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. It can take a few extra days for your bank to show it.

How to request a refund or reschedule

  1. Email balance@seetaldeva.com with your name, the booking date and — if you have it — the booking reference or Paddle transaction ID.
  2. We'll reply within one working day to confirm the outcome.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — we resolve almost everything within a day. Chargebacks opened without contacting us cost us processing fees and slow down legitimate refunds for everyone.
