Establishing awareness of your own self-care prepares you to hold space for others. This workshop expands the Level 1 tools to open and hold a safe space, applied to home, relationships, coworkers and friendships — moving from habitual behaviour into conscious action.
First intake runs as live group calls. Bookings after August receive the recordings plus one group check-in phone call per week. Prerequisite for Massage & Clairsentience.
