Sacred Space Embodiment is a five-level journey. You begin by learning to hold yourself, then to hold space for others, then step into the hands-on path — intentional touch and clairsentient bodywork — deepening through each level into a confident, intuitive practice.
Establishing awareness of your own self-care prepares you to hold space for others. This workshop expands the Level 1 tools to open and hold a safe space, applied to home, relationships, coworkers and friendships — moving from habitual behaviour into conscious action.
